Putting it in a simple way, Leo has these otherworldly eyes called the All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods, which give him a number of strange abilities. These include (and are, as far as we know, limited to) shuffling the visions of other people, seeing into their past and current events from their point of view, viewing their auras ( A way to tell if you're human or not, good or bad. Blood breeds (vampires) have red auras, for example ), literally take control of the victim's eyes, and projecting his point of view onto another person.

While he usually does not use this without prior permission ( unless he's defending himself from an attacker ), I would like to have a permission post for those who interact with him. I will also always try to talk to the mun before doing any of these sorts of things- just in case.

I also want to mention that these eyes are not invulnerable- they burn and break when they're overworked, so it's not that big of a game breaker.

Hello!

Okay, reading through this let me see.

I don't know that Leo wants to take on 10 billion years of history and Lucifer's mind is pretty immune to poking around in the first place. His Will would rebuff any attempt to 'take over' his eyes so that wouldn't work either.

That said, Leo could definitely pick up an aura of 'otherness' / 'angelic' / 'Hell' off Lucifer
edgeoftheknife: Just say that last part again. No, before that. The whole thing. Say the whole thing over again. (I completely understand.)

I am okay with literally all of this for Erskine, although that comes with the caveat that things Leo might see would potentially spoil huge events in the Skulduggery Pleasant series. If you've not read it, it might be something to keep in mind!

If that doesn't bother you, yes to everything :)

Yeaaaah Erskine definitely wouldn't give permission for that ICly except for in some kind of dire circumstance. But who knows :D

His aura... he's a person with very good intentions who's done very very bad things. I have no idea how that would look, feel free to play around with it :)

China's human, for a given value of human that includes magic and living a very long time. She's had magical tattoos for most of her life, and I wouldn't be surprised if they're visible in some way on a soul-type level at this point, since the language they're written in is a very large part of her identity as a mage.

She is not a good person. She has a tiny shred of good which she occasionally indulges for the sake of certain people, but China started out murder-happy and became very pointedly neutral later, where neutral means 'serving herself above any others.'

I'm fine if Leo wants to look into her past? But it is Not Good. (She was born into a cult which worshiped eldritch abominations and it went downhill from there for a while! :V)

This could be fascinating.

Valdis is essentially home to a parasitic enity called the Void, a creature which warped her angelic magic into death and chaos magic. Though originally an angel, her soul was shattered which enabled the Void to enter and corrupt what she had been, turning her into a Hellhound. Pretty dark and not sure Leo would want to see that, or the years she spent causing chaos and death across the planet.

However, the Void is hiding her memories of being an angel and she can't access them. But I'll bet if Leo and her ever got to a good place ICly, then he might be able to get to them. The Void would object, probably violently, but the option is there.

In addition, Valdis is unique among Hellhounds for the fact that her soul was restored to her, which gave her a sense of morality and returned her ability to feel emotion.

Leo would get an odd reading of her because she contains both elements of Light (Heaven) and Dark (Hell) inside of her. There is more info in her app if you are interested.

As for this one, Raine is actually a half-elf. Her father was human, but in her world everyone sees the elven half first.

She's definitely in the good side of the spectrum; she's a JRPG protagonist and a white mage, and very heavily oriented toward helping people, even though she can be cold.

If any past events viewing, she does have some amnesia/repression in her childhood, so that might go interestingly, but I don't know if that's something that would come up. If it does, I'm fine with it! Same with any of his other stuff.

Whoops I should have commented on this earlier! Anyways, I have no problem with Sanzo being vulnerable to any of these abilities. I know I mentioned it before, but he does have the soul of a god. A very bright soul that shines like the sun. (He is unaware of it)

Warning from my end though, Sanzo's past is very bloody and traumatizing. I'm sure Leo has seen some shit but I'll need to add warnings to any posts involving Leo seeing Sanzo's past if he chooses to.

If he looks back far enough to see the god Sanzo was, he might just get bored, lol. For the most part until hello more trauma.
